I have been using the IPTV services offered by Airtel for around a year now.

I have been a big fan of the service. And I would not switch to anything else.

When I moved out to this apartment in South City, I got the option to switch to the cable guy who is offering a pretty sweet deal.

I get all the new channels along with some local ones. Charges are comparable.

Airtel has not added any of the new entertainment channels. In fact, they have removed some in the past one year.

But, I am rather happy with the service. I want to stick to it.

One of the reasons I liked IPTV was the clean feed provided by the company. There was no Airtel branding on the broadcast. This is unlike the feed provided by DTH operators in India. Including Airtel DTH services.

However, things are changing now. Airtel seems to be testing putting their logo on the television feed. Here is a proof. It is currently only visible on a couple of channels but it is very clear that they are going to put in on all the channels.

I am going to collect some responses from Airtel IPTV users in the country. And send them to Airtel management people. I seriously hope they would listen to us. And do not act like dictators. And do not follow the lead of the DTH operators. And leave the feed clean like always.
