In case of any issues write a mail to their Nodal officer that works very well and additionally follow up calls from their office. Yesterday evening, the wiring outside my house was damaged by the damned pigeons. They nibbled it off till it almost broke. Called them yesterday night for this. A guy was at my door at 11 in the morning. He went on the roof, fixed it in 10 minutes flat, left. Everybody was polite and normal as usual.
