I am getting addicted to Twitter. Thankfully for productive reasons. It is turning out to be a great replacement tool for instant messaging. And it works great for customer support.
I was facing problems with recharging my Delhi Gurgaon Expressway Smart Tag and I turned to Twitter to get some help from mchek developers.
They were quick and very helpful. This is probably the first time I have experienced ANY kind of customer support from an Indian company on Twitter.
Well sounds nice! I am trying hard to find something productive/helpful in Twitter but have been unable to get any results. I use Twitter for lame conversations.
