Link Exchange in today’s times?

If you are running a small network of sites, I bet you too are facing the same problem.

I get like 15-20 emails from random email Ids all formatted in the same manner asking me to do link exchange with them.

The email ids are different in all these emails but the same formatting and content makes it clear that they are being managed by a single group of umm search engine marketers…

I am pretty sure that you are not going to get any benefit from exchanging links nowadays looking at the policies enforced by Google and other search engines.

I recently registered on a forum and I was bombarded with requests for link exchanges and a few interesting requests for mutual “ad clicking”. You click ads on our website and we click on yours! The funny thing is, I do not have ads running on my blogs as of now!
