I had not planned to watch this movie but the worsening power situation in Gurgaon meant that I had to take a break from work.

99 is not a bad movie. It was hilariously funny in parts. Some parts were dragged on for too long. It felt like a stretched up effort.

It gets painfully boring at times. Other times, you just find yourself laughing hilariously. Casting is pretty interesting. Boman Irani, Mahesh Manjrekar and Cyrus Broacha are awesome. Kunal Khemu is usual. Soha Ali Khan? Ugly and painful to watch. Vinod Khanna? Could have been better.

Overall, a decent watch if you have nothing productive to do.
