My experience with ICICI bank has been most unpleasant. I find their customer care officers very evasive and obtuse. You seek one clarification and they will respond about another. The bank has Direct Selling Agents (an offensive word now) who will pester customers. The bank now refrains from even confirming if these are their DSAs. In india, you give a person a chair and he becomes the king and know-all even though lacking basic knowledge.
Hats off to the ICICI Bank for taking so many Indians for such a long ride!
