Airtel continues to confuse me. They have launched new plans for their IPTV services. The new plans are pretty impressive. They now offer combo plans for three speed groups: 256kbps, 384kbps and 512kbps. All unlimited.
The 512kbps UL with IPTV plan costs just Rs. 1599 (plus taxes).
I have been paying them Rs. 1400 (512kbps UL) + Rs. 400 (IPTV) + taxes till last month.
When I called them, they say I am on the 1499 plan which includes both broadband and IPTV.
God this is confusing.
Update:
I called in once again. This dude admitted that I am indeed paying for two packages when I can just pay for one combo pack and save money. Brilliant. Bloody brilliant.
They could not change my plan at that moment as their system was down for maintenance. So, I would require to call them again in the morning to get on the combo plan.
