BCCI specializes in turning the game of Cricket into a drama.

Indian Premier League… It has been designed like the professional leagues in the European countries.

Like for example the English Premier League.

Governments in India (both center and states) have notified BCCI that they do not suggest holding the second round of the tournament during the general elections.

The reason is simple. They believe they would not be able to guarantee the security of the players and the matches.

BCCI has now revealed that they are going to organize the tournament outside India.

Sounds like a good idea. But, the question in my mind is…

How would sports fan in England feel if the English Premier League is played outside England?
