People keep dying on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway

And the management does nothing.

Two wheelers and Three wheelers are not allowed on this expressway but no one stops them from entering this zone designed for cars and other four wheelers.

Accidents keep on happening and nothing is done.

The latest case is of a victim who was in a rickshaw which was hit on the expressway. Police have arrested the driver of the vehicle that hit that rickshaw.

I wish the cops would include the management of the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway (DSC Limited) as one of the parties responsible in this accident.

The management of the expressway should be held responsible for every death that takes place due to their inability to stop bikes and three wheelers from entering the highway.

If Ansal brothers are being jailed for the Uphaar case, why not apply the same logic in this situation?

Bike should be allowed on Gurgaon expressway! What’s going on the Gurgaon expressway is not correct, there is so much of traffic growing every day, every signal is chocked badly during the office hours. A 15 mins drive takes more than an hour through service lane. If NHAI is short of money they can put a entry fee, but stopping entry on expressway is not worth. Have NHAI every checked the amount of traffic at each signal beside the expressway. They can put mandatory lane driving, speed limit and other things, but stopping bikes is insane.
NHAI should think and act practically. Have they ever gone through the figures of Truck accidents that happen every day? Why they are not been checked? Why NHAI is not taking care of the polluting vehicles on the road? Why it’s not working to make things better and instead worsening it?
Have they ever counted the number of people die while crossing the expressway? Did they ever try to help people cross the road by making adequate under or over passes? Crossing the road one way takes from 15 to 30mins and that too risking their lives. If they follow the subways they have to walk few kilometers to do so. Is it correct that NHAI only thinks about the rich who can pay them? Why not NHAI start charging fine from pedestrians? Knowing the fact that their officers will only be filling their pockets and resulting in no profit for NHAI.

rules are rules. they have rules for a particular reason which is to maintain an decorum.

i have no problems having bikes on the highway, but they should be allowed by the rules.

DSC Limited is breaking the rules by not stopping the bikes and three wheelers on getting the highway.

and they have done little to prevent accidents as well. they should be held accountable for any accident that happens because of THEIR carelessness.
