Do we hurt ourselves when we are angry?



I seem to be doing a lot of things I never expected myself to do in the last couple of months. Most like it is related to personal happenings, which were quite hurtful. However, the problem seems to be that I do not actually like doing these things and only seems to be doing them when I am either frustrated or angry over something (mostly on myself).

Looks like I am somewhat punishing myself by forcing me to do what I personally do not want to do… This week has been somewhat awful. Both personally and professionally…
