This could be the new trend. Apple’s latest MacBook Pro 17” does not have a removable battery.
Just like their products like the iPods and iPhones.
It is ok to have a mobile device without a removable battery because I guess we have become used to it.
But a notebook computer to not have a removable battery? What about the users who like to carry multiple batteries? At least let them have the option?
Alright, you are promising 7-8 hours of backup time on these batteries. But why do you want to customer to be held hostage to you if and when he wants to get his MacBook Pro’s battery replaced?
What is next? Other MacBooks to get non-removable batteries as well? That would so totally suck.
Hi!!
Long back my PG institute had tie-up with Apple, and we were the proud owners of Apple G4 during our studies. But now I regret that why I had accepted it, because the battery has almost gone and for a new battery i have to 7000+ the battery.
