The service quality of Dish TV is horrible. Because of that in Kolkata it has stopped to receive any new customers,rather existing customers like us are looking for alternatives. You should have customer service cell with a telephone no. Reg,

worst online renewal system ive ever seen in my life..i relli dunno wt happens after u click cc payment gateway 1..it ask for "Dear Subscribers! You have entered Invalid Office No. Please enter 11 digit Office No with STD Code"

I got DishTV with a Six month free subscription package. Following is the history
1. It took DishTV around a bit over five months to start my set. During the course I complained through various channels (dealers,DishTv support).. The service guy visited a few times did some settings and said that it would be up in few hours.. It never happened.
Finally it was the "original Indian profanities" M***r/B****n(C**d) to the support guy which had the job done.

2. In the above case a card was corrupt.. The service guy replaced it and took an application from me to have the "free subscription" restarted as it was almost elapsed. This never happened. I contacted the dealer and the support but they had no clue of the situation/application. There was no renewal of my free subscription.

3. Since then I have had numerous problems with the recharge with every possible channel. Credit cards, Net banking, ITZcard all showed problems with the whole payment flow at times falling in disarray. No two pages are well linked and we are forced to pay specific amounts using different channels. Every time there was i recharge it required me to plead to the support to start the service.

4. There was an effort to mass sell the Box in my company. I blocked the same by putting notices on Boards and confronted the sales guy. I trampled my SetTop Box under the tires of my car with Dish guys and my company colleagues watching.

5. I once went out on a walk in my society (with rowhouses, no highrises) and noticed that not even a 5% DishTV was installed in the 400 flat strong society.

It seems the whole lot of bluddy ashwhole had joined the Zee DishTV I am really fedup with service. I am trying to recharge the Dish but seems all the services has stopped at Shahruk's house, it's really very disgusting that a world renound star is doing add to such a crap.

Bullshit to the services, to the customercare, to Shahruk and the owner.

i got so fed up that i moved to airtel iptv.

How to use ItzCash Cards on www.dishtv.in

1. Go to http://www.dishtv.in.
2. To use your ItzCash Card, register for Web Access by filling the Web
Access Request Form (New Subscriber link available on the Home
Page)
3. Specify all the mandatory information in this form including the
correct e-mail address since your Login ID and Password will be sent
only on that address. (Maximum time taken for the same is 48 hours
if all the information provided is correct.)
4. Once web access is granted you can login to the site by selecting the
Login Type as Subscriber and enter the Login Id and Password mailed
to you.
5. To renew the package click on the link Package Renewal where you
have to enter the amount (Rs.) in the Add funds to your Account text
box.
6. Select ItzCash as the Transaction Type and click on the Submit
button. This will redirect to ItzCash.com site, where you have to
enter the Itz Card(s) A/C No. and Password and click on the continue
button.
7. If the card details are valid and the balance is more than the amount
entered in the Add funds to your Account text box in previous screen,
the request will be accepted and a transaction no. will be flashed to
you. Max. no. of cards which can be used for one transaction is
twenty.

Zee TV Guys are xxx xxx..they just dnt knw how to manage their business.Airtel or Tata Sky will nail their xxx on the wall and screw them all over..

Mr.Subhash Chander pls wake up n fire the guys who r managing ur IT.Trust its so frudtrating to discover that ur so called website is of no use a day before u MUST PAY OR UR ACCOUNT is inactive.

I have no idea why you even try again. I read a post every second day on your blog about crappy payment services - oxicash, mchek, etc. I don't think you've ever had a good experience with such a payment service. What amazes me is that you never get tired.
