Insanity Rediscovered

First I cannot find a way to update my package from Dish Maxi to Dish Maxi Plus.

So, I tried their dishhomepick number for Gurgaon. The number listed on their website where you can call to get some dude to visit your house to renew your connection.

I found the number for Gurgaon and called it. Just to receive another number. I am now trying to get through this new number.

I do not get it. Why cannot you keep updated numbers on your website? Why the hell not?

Update: Ok. The second number did not help. The dude on this number gave me a third number. Trying that now. No one is picking up the phone!
