i tried working on a laptop. typing is slow and touchpad is inconvinient.

I beg to differ. Notebook is the best thing that happened to humanity in the last 5 years. With “broadband+wifi router” you are a free bird at least in your own home

No actually, maybe a cell phone that plays mp3s and has a decent flash-card memory (or whatever additional mem devices r used these days) as well

a sony walkman branded mobile phone fits that but costs more than 25000 bucks. give me something which is value for money…
