The second way is using an American Express card. This is something very strange. American Express is the least popular Credit Card company in India. Why are they not offering Visa or MasterCard options? Makes no sense.

and select the 3rd option oe.. VISA .. and use your VISA credit card to recharge your Tag..
This was pretty helpful as I was running on cash as didnt get time to reachrge as they close by 8 PM now.

Like all public facilities in this country, one more example of pathetic service, pathetic management.
What we need in this country is strong non governmental organizations that can take such entitities to court for wasting national petroleum resources idling in long queues at the toll stations, penalizing entitities such as dsconstruction for not providing consumer friendly refill options for smart tags etc.
I guess we citizens are meant to suffer at the hands of high headed bureaucrats and politicians who are least bothered to mitigate the hardship of ordinary citizens. By the way every red light car I see makes me see red, or am I color blind?
