Accepted that BSNL’s 512 kbps would be better at this. But for the first time in my life, I managed to download a full Linux distro in less than 24 hours on my net connection. It’s Airtel Broadband 2×128 kbps and I love it.

I am calling regularly Airtel Customer, saying that i do use your service (in office, gurgaon (and no ts not a bpo)) and will like the same for my home. First they never contacted me again (the cce told that someone will call shortly, at that time i was at sainik farms, nd), then after i shifted to vasant kunj and saw the airtel board at the enterance, i was quite happy that finaly i will get there service, I also got there flier stating that there will be no installation charges, i again called them thrice in one month, then they finally gave me a call in march 1st week but said the lines are still being laid and it will take sometime.( but then why did they distributed the fliers ?), But to my surprise they have already started the serivce (a week back) and have not contacted , my guess 1) they already have customers or 2) i am in there hate list or 3) there marketing execs are poor , etc, etc.
Well anyways better luck next time, because my sify connection has started rocking. and i am not thinking to shift to airtel.

well it depends a lot upon what location u are on. and yeah, airtel is losing their edge in customer support. but for me, the experience with Sify Broadband was rather distasteful.

Hey I need some advice on choosing a broadband service.I had to go through agonising experiences with sify broadband before finally managing to get my deposit refunded(after almost a year with just seven days of broadband experience,the rest was sheer agony!).
Now,TATA indicom has a summer offer–says i need to pay only Rs.500 towards deposit and 300-odd rupees a month for a 500mb limit. They claim 500mb will be sufficient for me. I would like to know if Airtel is better.
also your thoughts on TATA indicom as well as Airtel in terms of customer service–sure can’t be worse than SIFY.

Hope this message is not coming too late….I am in Bangalore…I booked TATA Broadband on 21st May. At that time they said it takes them only 15 days to give connection….now its almost a month..nobody from TATA calls to check whether I am alive or not…Every time I call them they give a different reason…its utter bullshit… Now i am reconsidering BSNL…initial cost wise TATA looked cheaper…but I didnt know they were cheap with service also…

Tata Indicom is a waste of money. Do no even think of geting a connection from them. Atleast in Sify, the quality of experience depends from place to place on the competency of the local cable wallah(dont get me wrong. I have had a terrible experience with Sify myself). But when a company like VSNL(Tata Indicom) cannot manage their own network theirselves (they dont have a franchise model), then the company is really screwed up.
Remember that Tata Indicom broadband is actually Dishnet DSL with a new name. Ask any subscriber of Dishnet DSL about their experiences and you will know why you should not touch Tata Indicom with a bargepole.
My personal experience:
1. Applied - 10th June. Installed 29th June.
2. Downtime so far - 3 weeks out of six weeks (50%!!!)
3. Billing - still being billed for all the time the cable was officially down.

Hey I am currently using Hotwire (128kbps unlimited, rs1100pm), and mostly works ok. Sify also costs 1000pm. Now Airtel has laid the cable here and is offering:
128kbps - 700pm
256kbps - 1000pm
What do you people think?

Similar issue at my end too with Tata Indicom. I applied 3 months back. Yet to receive connection. Every week I used to call them and lodge a complaint. Now when the complaint numbers got piled up, I stopped calling them after 6 weeks. Now I’ve lost all hopes. Need to think about applying for Airtel Broadband now.

oh guys dont be so exited about airtel.i dont know about other places,but back here in mysore things are different.i recently got an airtel broadband connection of 256kbps,its been working fine since then ,but when a person just down the road took a same connection things started to change.
the bandwidth is horrible when both of us are connected . it seems the person who connects first gets the lions share.i talked to the airtel personnal,but its their usual story…ur computer has virus,ur browser problem……etc.they give u all kinds of reasons.but they seem to forget that people too are educated and not dumb ass to listen to their stories

We stay at JP Nagar Phase 1 and Airtel Broadband is not feasible here. We checked 6 months back and it was not connected. We checked yesterday and they said it is not connected. The amount of ads they show, you’d think a major IT area like JPNagar would be on their radar. Funnily, even the Airtel website does not mention Jayanagar or JP Nagar under “Coverage Area”!! Banergatta Road is connected though, so some areas in JP Nagar get lucky
Any JP Nagar people on this blog… ideas on how can I get connected to the Internet at home?

I had very bad experience with bsnl… damm they took more then 50 days to provide me connection… customer care is real junk, you will always get a new phone number to know the status of your request which no one picks. Typical example of govt. org at its best.. I would suggest Airtel the service is really good.

The same story goes for us. We had applied for the TATA indicom for our commercial use on 26.04.2006 [the same date as yours
] but till now there has been no communication from them. The people at their end do not answer calls or talk directly. Everyone sends the reference to someone else. The best part was when i visited their office (near brigade towers, Bangalore) the guy who was talking to me asked me to contact the field guy who had sold me the question and said he couldnt do anything about it (how ridiculous). Finally I am planning to file a case against them in the consumer court. I think if a few of us could get together and file, it will have a stronger base.
Please guys do let me know and we can get together and give them a taste of public power. I will check this forum daily from now on.

I have had a very very bad experience with Tata Indicomm Broad band connection.
Most of the time the Internet connection used to be down.Each time i had to call customer care and lodge a complaint,they would rectify it in 2 days time and it would be down the very next day after rectification.
Fed up with the service and having lost considerable money , decided to close the connection.
As a experienence would never recommend Tata Indicomm broadband to anyone i know

AIRTEL is number one cheaters, in india.
They tell, night charges at 1/3 cost, but, they charge as usual. One has to call them, everymonth, and, fight with them, everytime, for this frequent cheating.
They insist to subscribe for night-top-up plan, for rs. 49/month, but, they include the night usage also, in the bill. Even for this, one has to call them, shout at them, fight witht them.
Since 6 to 8 months, i’m using their broadband services, speed is okay, but, too much CHEATING.
Not sure, what this indian government is doing.

Tata Indicom is one of the worst ISPs if not the worst. My connection is down since two weeks, and they have no clue when it will be up. Customer Service is pathetic to the core and they don’t bother to respond to emails. Its better to use dial up than using Tata Indicom.
I stay in RT Nagar,Bangalore. Does anyone has AirTel in this area? I really want to get rid of TataIndicom-VSNL.

I have made infinite calls to their Cust care but they pass the buck and register a complaint everytime. And Gosh!!!! it takes hell lot of a time to reach the cust care ppl. Min of 20-25 min day or night. I have claimed a refund of the advance payment I have made to them. Guys, if any of you want to file a case against them in the consumer court, lets get together and do it. Stay away from TATA.

I’d applied for BSNL 900 UL, waited for 9 days and there came the unfortunate answer from them.. All they had to say was that the name and signature on their form should have been of the Landline telephone holder’s name, but this person’s expired. Transfer of the name to another person takes atlest 15 days and I just about imagined how much more longer it would take for the internet connection to finally land at my home … I cancelled it right away! The fact remains that BSNL people use snails as their vehicles.
Few of my friends have Airtel Broadband and gave me good opinions on that. Yesterday (24.June.2006) I’d been to the Jayanagar 4th Block Airtel office and discussed about their broadband. I was told that their employee would come home in halfhours time and attend to us with the form and documents and collect the necessary documents needed. Well, he did come in 25 minutes time, collected the docus and assured that I’d get the connection in 2-3 days time! So today is 25th and let’s see how fast they are
I’ll let you know when I get the connection and including the details .
I like fast, efficient people.
I chose the 256Kbps unlimited download plan for 1000/- a month.

I want to have info on using broadband internet via mobile on PC, i contacted airtel for this( as my area in Ludhiana-punjab is not feasable for providing the real airtel broadband connection or even phone),they said to use there bradband by moble-first i have purchase a compatible handset with enabled serivces for internet use( i dont know which sets r these and what all this is) through which i can connect to my PC amd they said they ‘ll be providing speed arund 28 to 34 kpbs -max to 128 kbps, and i further ask them as i think its too slow as if i compared surfing at reliance webworld ,the repesentative said that their service is equally good as for a site like it’ll take around 5 sec to open.
the only other option with me is to go for BSNL as they are only providing broadband in all area’s and have 999 UL plan and told that there commited speed is 256 kpbs but i have little trust for govt dept’s like bsnl as we all knows it’s india but still if anybody thinks that BSNL is providing good commited speed and there service is good , tell to go for which broadband services as i m tired of visiting cyber cafes- which r costly even for regular users like me for whom internet is like a hobby.

I stay in BTM Layout… I would advise not to go for TATA INDICOM broadband in any case. The worst service I have ever seen. Its already 5 months and I have been given some 50 complain numbers. Every time they have the same reply … “We will inform the concerned department that this is urgent issue and they will get back to you soon”… On asking how long will it take for issue to resolve … they say … “We can not give you any assurance of the time it should take to resolve the issue” … How funny it is… These people do not care about customer … Their strategy is to attract customer by waiving installation charges and providing cheap rates. Once they receive the money they will keep quite. Most of their engineering are always busy in giving new connections and they do not have time to work on existing customer’s issue. I could not find any contact from top management. Tata Indicom is just bullshit. An organization which is making fool of customers.

My story of broadband is really pathetic.. I applied for the BSNL thing two months back. Now they say that I have to get the work order “done” to get the connection. Then I applied for tata indicom thing. The guy came home and took a cheque of 1000 bucks and disappeared. No one turned after 15 days and i just stopped payment to the cheque(luckily i gave a post dated one). I asked the airtel guys and they said that they have no feasibility in sanjaynagar (bangalore). Finally i went to sify and thay are yet to get back.
Still I am internetless sitting at home and waiting.
Oh God! such a pain to get an internet connection..

bsnl offers best rate & not cheating at the end.
Where already they got digital station they will provide the connection with in 15 days.
rates for home 256 k/400 mb just for rs. 250 & unlimted 256k for rs. 900(no rent for telephone 900-180)

when i came to net and tryd to give my complain there is no option in the website.finaly my problem is my sim is nokia boundil offer which will be converted in to normal sim by 6 months but i fineshed my 6 months then i called cousamercare noresponce whome i shoul ask.waiting for service.

Iam using BSNL BroadBand connection since March 2006 till date. So far no problem. Installation was free of cost because under special scheme. Modem rent is 100/- per month. You can purchase modem if you don’t want to pay rent to BSNL. To get broadband you should have BSNL/MTNL phone installed at your premises.
Iam residing in Bangalore (Banashankari Area). I feel BSNL is good. I have not tested Airtel and Tata

I applied for Airtel Broadband AFTER they did a survey and said that my residence has the required connections/cabling from Airtel. I was told to pay ASAP as it was end of Aug, and they had a heavy rush of people signing up. And if I paid immediatly, my connection would be done within 7 days, otherwise it will take ‘unknown’ time. I paid Rs. 1000 for this asap. However that is when my troubles started. Nobody came for installation for one week. I started to call to find out what is the status, and everytime, I got an update that the engineers are at the cablin junction near my house getting it ready, and it started with ‘it will be done tomorrow’ to ‘it will be done in an hour’ to the ‘engineer is on the way’. Today one month has passed, and when i called today, i was told that the application has been cancelled, because they have some problem about ‘a tag’ on the junction box, and we will not give you the connection.
To me this was shocking, that Airtel did not even bother to inform me, and they took money AFTER doing site survey. Then they went dead. No communication from their side, except i had to keep of calling them to find out MY application status. No money refunded. When I called the call center, they said, since I HAVE CALLED them they will NOW put my refund to finance and it will be refunded AFTER 15 days.
AIRTEL just took my money, and did not even bother to return my dues, until I called them to ask the status, and what happens if the application is cancelled.
I would strongly suggest that AIRTEL be avioded at all cost, unless the connection is given first, tested, and it works. And DO NOT TRUST them.

1. I have applied for the Airtel Broadband a month back and with a lot of difficulty I got the connection.
2. The connection lasted for one week and on 21st Sept again I lost the connection.
3. I have raised the complaint against this and the customer care officials told that this will be rectified within 3 days.
4. In the mean while I have verified the nature of the problem and I came to know that since I am staying in a bachelor accommodation, I need to pay 3000 /- to get the connection back. But in reality, I am staying with my brothers and my parents. My parents stay here in Chennai for sometime again they will be going back to Orissa ( Orissa is the place from where I hailed from ) .What I mean to say is that I am not staying in a bachelor accommodation rather it’s a family accommodation .
5. I spoke to of the executives yesterday, he said that the verification team has enquired some of my neighbors and they got the feedback that my accommodation is a bachelor accommodation. That means you believe the strangers rather than your customers. The same executive has also suggested me to look for an alternative connection (i.e BSNL etc ) to access the broadband as my airtel connection is in stake , which is totally ridiculous since I had a BSNL broadband before this and I have surrendered that connection prior to getting your services .

I tried so many times on customercare numbers but all in vain as it is not at all possible to reach your so called costomer care 1. you have grown so big that you cannot handle the pressure . 2. you dont want to face costomers complaints.
I have even left SMS MASSAGE also on 3636 it was promptly responded by sms dated 01/10/06 at 9.40pm & i am still waiting for the service rep visit..
Is trhis the way airtel is going to provide service…..

I was using Sify broad band connection in Jayanager 4th T block. As long as it works no problem. The moment you get a problem the sub agent does not bother. I was forced to discontinue the service because I simply could not get them to provide service. Please be forewarned if you take connection in the Jayanagar area

I have had airtel for about 8 months now and everytime I had a complaint with the connection, I called up the customer care and they could never resolve my issues. They would commit that they would send the engineer to fix up the issue but they didn’t even bother to call ever after that call of mine. Up until today they have never resolved even one of my issues. AIRTEL IS A TOTAL PIECE OF SHIT[/b]. Finally I gave up on them and wrote this mail to get my connection cancelled. Their documents say that cancellatioin will take 3 business days but when I called up to enquire about the same, they said it will take 30 days. I had sent the mail of Sep 27th 2006 and today is Oct 26th 2006. 30 days are over but when I called up in the morning, they told me it will still take 30 days. BLOODY ASSHOLES. I have not been using my connection for past 30 days because they seized the service but they have billed me for close to 800 Rs this month. I am now planning to pull airtel to consumer court for this mental harrasment. See the content of my mail that I had sent for cancellation. After I had sent this mail, I received a call from their top escalation department, (so called applete) Ms. Monika Ohson, and then Vice President, Customer Care Mr. P.D. Sharma. They couldn’t do anything about my issue. AIRTEL IS A CRAP. I have intentionally crossed out the cheque no below.:

I don’t even have the words to express how good you guys are. I have had my internet(DSL) connection for a couple of months now. I can’t even remember how many times I had to call up to get my connection
fixed up for one issue or the other. Never could you fix even one of my issues to my satisfaction. Forget satisfaction, you didn’t even bother to fix the issues at all at many instances. You see, you guys are this good.
A recent complaint I logged on August 1st’2006 (complaint number 1738040) regarding my modem. You guys tried fixing it up over the phone but your technical experts couldn’t do it. Eventually, they asked me to wait for a day so that an engineer could visit my house to fix this. Today, two months after the day I logged it, not even one person from airtel has visited my house to fix it. I called up around 10 times to remind you that I have a complaint pending with you guys regarding my modem. Everytime, you guys would ask me to wait until that engineer of yours would visit me and fix it. This so called engineer of yours never bothered to visit me except speaking with me over phone a few times. He would commit to visit my house every single time I spoke to him. On one instance I had to come real early from office just because the engineer wanted to come over and fix the issue. I kept waiting for more than 3 hours just for him and he didn’t bother to turn up. Today, after two months, I am still waiting for him to visit me. I didn’t pay my bill for august because you guys didn’t fix my issue. Now you have disconnected my services for non-payment of bill. I wish there was someone who could disconnect airtel from this planet for no-response to customer issues with your product. I have now decided to disconnect airtel from my life for good.
In the past, I had to ask for a manager on every single complaint (be it connection problem, slow speed or billing. Mind it, you guys offer these problems free to every single customer using your connection.) and I would be told that I had to talk to Mr. Gurmeet Dua (manager in gurgaon). The executive would tell me that they would have the manager call me regarding this issue. However, I never received a call from this manager of yours. Infact, I called him a couple of times and he would tell me “I am busy in a meeting”, ” I am busy right now”, “I will call you later”, ” This is not the time to call me, can you call me later”, things like this you see. I can’t understand who appointed this person as a manager ? He doesn’t even know the office meetings he is attending are being funded by customer’s money. If their won’t be any customer, their won’t be any meetings for him to attend. He wouldn’t be busy if there were no customers to airtel. He is the most careless and arrogant person in airtel, I came across.
On 14/06/2006, (complaint 802921 against another complaint number 672489) one of your executives, aashish bhatia, commited that he would have the manager (gurmeet dua) call me for my complaint because he felt that my issue was beyond his control. Next day i.e. on 15/06/2006, nidhi bahel called up on behalf of Mr gurmeet claiming that she is a manager with the dsl department and commited a little monetary waiver (from June 7th to June 14th) for the poor services you guys had been providing. After a few days on june 23′ 2006, I called up at 7.54PM and was told that a manager would call me back because the executive couldn’t handle my issue. Shweta arora (another manager) called up at 8.15PM from 0120-4367236) to tell me that waiver can’t be granted because it was committed by an executive not a manger. “Who the hell is nidhi bahel to give you a waiver” were the exact words used her (so called MANAGER). I had to talk to this manager for over 15 minutes for this pity thing. She gave me another complaint number 955609 for the same. One more complaint number for you guys… 823042. I can’t even tell you the number of complaint numbers I have lying pending regarding you guys.
You see, airtel is the best customer service provider. Dealing with airtel is a mental harrasment. I have gone through it and am sure lot of people would have had their share.
I AM TIRED OF DEALING WITH AIRTEL, THEIR SO CALLED MANAGERS (remember gurmeet dua ? and others ?) AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s so pathetic that I have finally given up. I vow never to use airtel in my lifetime whatever and however mouth watering your product is. And I promise to forward this mail throughout whole of india using chain mails. I will post my experience with airtel on every single website I come across. People should know and realize HOW WORST AIRTEL IS.
I wish some of the leading newspapers in the country could print it and let the common man know about the reality of airtel.
This is to formally tell you that I have dropped a cheque (No - ######) of Rs 2000 today at one of airtel collection boxes to clear whatever outstanding I have against you; and I hereby request you to take your dsl connection off of my premises as soon as possible and refind any excess amount that I have paid. Complaint number for cancellation 3087483 logged on 27/09/2006.

The best part is that the due date is IMMEDIATE and their so called recovery team is visiting me and harrassing me every day over phone as well.
i have put an fir against them for torture, extortion, harassment, verbal abuse. they have been booked. one of their officials was jailed because when the SHO of my area called him, he thought it was a joke and treated it lightly and abused him as well, over the phone. he has been released on bail. but the matter is heated and interesting. i am enjoying it!

I’d agree with a lot of the negative Airtel comments. I have a 256 DSL connection and it’s one of the most unstable connections I ever had. My dad has a BSNL connection and when it works, it’s stable for days…the reason why i say when it works is cos half the bloody BSNL lines in chennai goes kaput the minute the first drop of rain falls. i’ve been using my airtel for over a year now and till date have relied heavily on download helpers because of the frequent drops…the irony is that my neighbour is the exec director for Airtel and after he made a call, things were ok for a month but then it went for a toss again. the best joke is i got a bill for almost 6K with my phone number (cos mine’s DSL +phone) and with someone else’s name. After blasting them over phone, they tell me that it’s a problem with their billing system!!! now i’m suspecting all the bills which i have received…

My experience with TATA indicom was really a painfull one …i had it for 3 months and the conn would go down every 4 days….i call up the cc and they take around 15 minutes to pick up my call…finally i called up VSNL head office pulled some strings and my conn. got repaired ..only to die again for a long 15 days after which i shifted to Airtel broadband ….which is like heaven….and costs me 700 bucks for 128 kbps during day and 256 kbps during night.

Hi All Airtel broadband users,
This is really bad abt airtel, so be cereful while taking a new connection.
I got a new broadband connection yesterday. I was promissed to get speed around 256kbps in the day and 512kbps in the night. But when i did the speed tests several time in the day and night, my speed was always been 70 kbps to 120 kpbs. I was surprised as i heard that airtel is the best provider. How can they tell a lie? atleast i should get 200 kps if not 256 or 512. No ? please reply if you have similar experience. I am based in Noida.

AIRTEL - only one word “Paththetic”.
I have been using airtel since march2006. being an old customer I have been facing tremedous issues right now and that too since november’2006.
The whole story is like….I shifted frm one place to another and told airtel to shift the connection. thay said yes. and it took 15 days for them to activate and shift the whole connection.
And finally they set it up and then charged me for 30 days, I said no way you gotta dispute the 15 days and on top of that ojce I paid the bill through the “outstation” cheque, the funny part it their customer sevice executive came and collected the cheque and never told me that they dont accept outstation cheque finally i was penalised rs 200 for that. and I told them clearly ..no way for me to pay this.
No i wanted to dispute charges for return cheque plus 15 days services not been activate and they delayed, finally my services wre diactivated again since dcember2006 and got the bill in feb2007 with net charges for 2006 december. and finally i was so pissed off with the customer service because they put you on hold and finally hang up along with their upervisors. crap and bullshit.
One of the supervisors called”monica” hung up on me and I dnt knw how many of them. Finally I called the corporate office to resolce this cuz I am being genuine to pay the bill and then told them to disconnect the services and they said you gotta pay the outstanding.
No way for me..and as a matter of fat I will bring this scenario to the court.
Airtel is putting illegal charges and no resolution and no callback s as promised .
I have Aitel Broadband and as a matter of fact Airtel’s customer Service is too pathetic since they keep on hanging up on me. And, I have few billing disputes with Airtel’s illegal charges and they didn’t resolve it since November’2007 and then charged me more charges even when I was not using the services.
Please, NEVER EVER GO FOR AIRTEL SERVICES.
PATHETIC/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE(AS THEY HANG UP ON YOU)/ILLEGAL CHARGES.
Please, guys don’t go for Airtel.

The pathetic time i spent to get an internet connection for my home at sanjaynagar. Airtel say they are best service provider but wen it comes to service they are just words nothing more. Hmmm.. broadband in silicon city is seeked the most. If the infrastructure is so bad that there is so much greiviance for broadband connection in bangalore, i feel all the s/w companies should go ahead pressure the goverment to organise good broad band connection.If my company wants me to work from home, then i should have one connectivity!
I can blame that Karnataka govt is not providing proper orders to Airtel to lay pillars in very important areas like BTM, Jaynagar, Koramangla ,JPNagar. These are the areas where most IT folks live and would prefer to have high speed connectivity.
I have placed 5to 6 service requests to Airtel and I really got tired to takeup the 7th request with Airtel as its not their fault, but its the goverments fault not leting the provider do their business.
Instead of catching DOG and killing them cruely, they should be concentrating on improving the infrastrucutre. Take seminars for kids no to throw stones on puppies / dogs which i have seen the most in bangalore.
I was shocked to see a kid killing a puppy with stones.
Confused which one was animal!!
Just becoz the police are not active here , doesnt mean that s/w companies should be locating in bangalore which is least secured in southern states. You can hardly see a police constable in normal situation in BTM / Madiwala / Jaynagar

Friends i am using 299/ unlimited plan from airtel from march 2007. The speed is not good but also not bad. But as far as bsnl is concerned it is better than AIRTEL. If you have to be use internet or mobile JUST KEEP AWAY FROM AIRTEL. You will get no support from those so called customer care people. Here, students of 3rd/4th standard, the bettle shop owners, the hawkers they can guide you better than those hi-fi customer care people. If you have time just go thru my experience. First time when i came to know about this plan i recharged my connection with 299/ + 70/-topup. I called the customer care for the connection. They said it will take 48 hours. I was very impatience so the next day after 24 hour i again called the customer care and asked about my GPRS connection. They told me that the connection will be available to me within 48 hrs from charging. The next day when i called customer care ,of course before 48 hours, they told me a new story. They told me that it will take 48 working hours. That means another 4 days. But fortunately the same night at 12 a.m i got the connection. The speed was OK. i was very happy. Really guys i could not sleep that night. In the morning i surfed the net and at 7.00 a.m GPRS connection was disconnected. I contacted customer care. What the hell they are….GOD KNOWS. They told me different story. Some one told me that i have not recharged by 299/-. Some one told me that i have to make a minimum balance for Rs 30/- I told those idiots that i have already done those things. But why they will listen. I just went on contacting those smart idiots. In the evening i came to know that i have negative 183/- in my account. when i asked them they said that i have not done the same same so i have to pay 299/- again and i have to maintain min. Rs 30/- balance. BUT WHAT ABOUT MY PREVIOUS BALANCE OF Rs 94.00. They registered a complaint. And again for this i had to wait 16 working hours. So total 15 days i had to wait for the connection. They said they will give the connection and as compensation they will give me 299/- balance. Friends i got the connection and Rs 100/- But still i am waiting for the rest 199/- compensation. And in those 15 days interaction withe those customer care people i have gained so much knowledge about the airtel and i think i can better guide than those idiots. YES BY THE GRACE OF THOSE PEOPLE I LEARNED HOW TO BLUFF PEOPLE….. JUST KEEP AWAY………..JUST KEEP AWAY………Because that’s not all i have somany experience still left….

If I could, I would put the founders and management of Sify in hell and enjoy watching them get fried slowly. These bums are nothing less than criminals. I’m using their service (well?) for a year because I don’t have a choice in Banashankari, Bangalore. Not only have I never been able to connect but I’ve spent twice my monthly bills on phones to their customer care. I’ve switched to Airtel data card now but I still need broadband to support my VoIP phones.

Previously I had applied for cancellation of connection because I am moving abroad for 3 months, but I got a call from customer care officer that they will provide me 3 months rental free and also my chip is lost , so airtel will provide me new chip free of cost .
