He said that companies like McDonalds and other companies have people who visit blogs/social networks and find content related to their products/services, and then leave comments over there and reply, trying to justify/ask for more feedback from the community. I just hope that PVR too sees this post and responds with a reason as to why they are degrading services instead of improving.
