Writing professionally (??) as a Blogger has it’s advantages!
Ooh, I am writing quiet a bit since I left my last job. Have nothing much to do otherwise. It does not pay me anything (at the moment) but as long as people think I am not writing trash, I am ok with it! An old friend of mine suggested contributing technical previews of new softwares to his Blog which is used by Google and Yahoo! as news sources and I was game for it! This was in addition to my own little Blogging portal on technology which is still in the nascent stage. And results are encouraging. I am not thrashed for writing trash as I had feared. In fact people come and add on to the previews; things I missed originally. Some even refer to my written articles on their own sites. Totally awesome and inspiring. If I can somehow manage to tackle the financial situation in the scenario, I would love doing it for some time to come.
