Standard Chartered India Annoyance!

The first annoyance factor with Standard Chartered is visible finally. The online banking facility would only display the bank statement from the last 90 days. I thought computers were powerful enough to handle more than that amount of data!

For more data, I am required to go to the bank or contact them on phone support. How sad is that?

it is sad to see banks limiting their customer’s ability to access their own records online….despite their tall claims of providing ‘highly advanced online banking’ services….it’s just a pain in the arse!

They have outsourced their computers to some hack in jhumri talliyan :)
