Comments on: Reliance resQ and Reliance Digital are Hopeless

I purchased a ORZ washing machine. i can say it is worst product that i purchased and never recommended any one. since last 5 month , i register my complain 5 times.but i’m facing same problem again and again. even they are not ready to replace my washing machine.

please dont purchase any brand recommended by Reliance like ORZ. Realiance dont treat customer in good manners. they are making fool to there customers.

Yes, I made the same mistake by buying a gyeser from Reliance Digital. It wasn't installed properly the first time and I was told that a "senior technician" will visit… it has been 3+ weeks, its my new house and I have moved in. The weather has gotten cold!
There is a certain Mr. Akhil who keeps promising someone who would visit every day and nobody turns up. And I have a piece of junk hanging on the wall!… can't do anything.

I am very sorry to inform you that I have come across the most horrifying customer service and after sales support. At the time of purchasing the product they offer you the world but your are left high and dry once you have purchased the product.

On Oct 10 I have purchase Blackberry phone, Model No: 8520 Curve, from Reliance Digital store, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, with a promotional offer of India Today Magazines for 2 years. Till date, nothing have happened about the promo offer.

I specifically mentioned the pathetic service because to take an update for this I yesterday went to Reliance Digital store around 8:15 pm. Here I met with Mr. Vivek Singh, before I say anything to him, his question was Mam, Do you have the bill along with you ? I told him that rite now I am not carrying the bill but I can give you the mobile no & the product serial number so that you can check the exact date when I bought the product. He told me “Sorry Mam, whenever you have bill with you I can listen to you, otherwise not. Samething he repeated in front of almost 15 customers who are there to buy/ planning to buy something from there”. He even not bothered to listen my request why I am there.

Now today again in evening I am going to visit the Reliance Digital store with the bill which customer should carry so that customer can put his request in front of the concerned person because Reliance Digital is the one who in the age of technology require customer to carry everything at his end.

It will be highly appreciated from all existing customer’s point of view you to be there. So that you have a look on the yesterday’s footage & can decide whether the customers really deserve this type of service from Reliance.

Looking for a prompt action from your end on this.

Despite getting so much of negative feedback on the internet about the service provided by reliance, I foolishly booked a Kent water purifier system, which was delivered late and is still waiting to be installed. Each time I call, I get some idiotic replies from the customer care, who promise everything, but get nowhere.
Most useless set of goofs I've ever seen.

i only want to say about reliance resq and his staff very dirty, fools, bull,and like animal who eat human meat stage by stage .
i requested to mr mukesh ambani pls stop this outlet immediatly otherwise u r playing with human life i reached near by suside reason ur staff behaviour .

Dear Sir and Mam,

This is Mohit kashyap From Reliance Resq, Gurgaon. I sent to You My region letter for official reasons on Sun 6/20/2010 3:54 PM. Now I m facing salary problem from Reliance by Mr. Choudhary or Naveen Vashisth.

5th of July I talk with Mr. Choudhary. He told me WHY I GIVE YOU SALARY. After some discuss
He told me firstly I discuss about your salary to Mr. Naveen Vashisth and I call you after some time.
He never call me after that and never pick my phone.

Last day I call to Mr. Naveen Vashisth for discuss that matter. I told him every think about my salary.
But Firstly he said "I DIDN'T GIVE YOU SALARY", I said "Why". He said WHO'S THE MOHIT AND "I DIDN'T KNOW MOHIT". and disconnect my call at 7.07pm.

So Please tell me what I do for take my salary by Mr. Choudhary or Mr. Naveen Vashisth.

If you have a time for your employee, Please give me your contact no for discuss that matter or sent your address.I want meet with you for discuss every point.
