Reliance resQ is real hopeless! I had purchased a Home Theater System ONKOYO HTIB HT- SR3100 from Reliance Digital Retail Limited S-218, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on 1-06-2008 &I was assured by
your Sales Man that it will be insatalled in our home free of cost by 2-6-2008 evening but sorry to say that it was no show till today evening 3-6-2008, As we are trying to call at the numbers given there is
no one to pick phone as it is ringing & ringing.

heh. my bad experience was at the same reliance digital store in ambiance maill in gurgaon.
you would have to go there and sit at ResQ till the time they send the person with you to install the system.

I am facing the same problem with Reliance digital…i have bought a refrigerator from Rel Digital (Ambi Mall) on 14th Aug 2008 but today till 17th Aug its still not delivered. I can say there services are pathetic & ResQ are of no use as they don’t pick up your calls. Even if they pick ur call they will put you on hold & never comes back. I would strongly recommend everyone out there …not to go to Reliance Digital. I am planning to escalate this issue but i have no contact of the concerned person. Yeah even I had purchased a Kent RO from them last week. They delivered it the next day but it has been 4 days and the product is yet ot be installed. All I get is empty promises in-spite of repeated calls to ResQ.
You know reliance digital doesnt even have a proper website where you can go and submit feedback!! I know why…their servers will be Swamped with angry customers giving them a piece of their mind!!!!
Reliance Retail is the 'Great Indian Rip' off if you ask me!!!

I bought a Hitachi fridge worth 45k from Reliance Digital on 24 Septmeber. They sent me a badly dented piece and when their installation guy opened the fridge at my house he promised instant replacement. Ever since, I have been calling and following up with them to no avail. They have been giving me various excuses and still my fridge has not been replaced and I am stuck with a dented unusable fridge. Never ever buy anything from them! And if someone from reliance is reading this please help!!!!!
