I am Ganesh from Chennai using BSNL broadband more than 2 year .. sometimes i am facing problem like some particular sites are not opening,connection disconnected automatically . please give solution for this problem . how can i solve this problem

Sir, I have given a user ID and Password by bsnl. I have newly connected to the BSNL broad band connection. I activated the web site http//bbservice.bsnl.in and entered the password provided to me by bsnl to my connection. Unfortunately, I could not change this password. What you suggest Sir. Should I continue with the same password. I do not know what they meant by user ID and password. It is something else. Please help me.

i m new user of ur BSNL broadband but i m not connecting till now.i m not connecting contineu more than 5 minutes, my connection gone outomatically disconnected with a error report and we need to restart the system every 5 minutes.pls solve my problem

You will get the broadband usage at http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ . Entry your username and password correctly. Use internet explorer or mozilla firefox.
U will get it. try it in the morning
