News.com used to be the portal I went to, to get my tech news way back in 2001. Download.com used to be my destination to get downloads. CNet is now sold to CBS.

Moonlight is released finally. So you can ‘try’ accessing Silverlight content on Linux.

Ask.com buys Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com and Reference.com. Too much information to handle? Maybe that’s why Ask.com does not index me very well.
