Barclaycard in India
So the company issued me a card without much of a hassle. It has become a hassle for me considering I cannot really locate a drop box where I can drop in the payment checks for using this card.
I also fail to see any option to access my credit card account online on their website. Though they do issue a pin to take out money from any ATM machine. That feature is useless for me.
I guess I would avoid using this card and would stick with my Standard Chartered one!

I am a resident of Indore City. I want to move your attention on your credit card offering methods to customers in Indore city by your telecallers.
From last two days some telecallers from your bank calling me for credit card. I said to all of them that i already get call from your bank for credit card & they all said that please give your documents to our executive. I am totally confused that to whom i gave the documents. Today one of executive come from your bank and just take my signatures on some forms, when i asked him about rest of the details, he said that you get a call from bank & they will ask about the rest of the details. But i am waiting but there is no phone call from your bank. The executive which is come for documents asked me to mail my credit card statement(other bank credit card) on some mail id ‘umang_999me@yahoo.co.in’ for verification. Also your bank executive doesn’t having any ID Proof of Barclay Bank.
On same day(i.e. today) i received another 2-3 calls from your banks about the credit card & i said that i already provide the documents to executive, then they are blaming me that why are you provide documents to that executive, we are sending you our executive. Each time a new telecallers calling & saying that we are sending our telecallers. How can i rely on your bank executives.
I have given my important documents to your executive, i don’t know if he is executive of your bank or not. I am already using Credit Cards of ICICI, SBI, UTI & HDFC banks, but i never face this type of inconvenience.
I am very much dissatisfied from services of Barclay Bank. They have to improve their telecallers. I know that Barclay Bank is very Big brand. But these type of inconvenience will loose customers. In my office daily your telecallers call for credit cards, but no one is interested in Barclay Bank credit cards, because telecallers does not have ability to convince the customers. They not able to tell the facilities given by bank’s credit card. We have to ask them that what are the features of your credit card.
