very un professnal atitude of customer care lady urvashi sen (bhopal) and very poor service of airtel. from last 4 day they are not solving my problem and inspite of that. coustmer care lady talking without manner. and when i was complaning about my problem she was ready to dissconnect my connection.

I am Anil.I worked in Delhi.I applied for Airtel Broadband in Delhi on 10-08-2009.I paid 1500 cash for WiFi Modum to Airtel Coordinator(Anand-9810771523).At that time they said that they will give the connection after 2 days.But they can't provide me internet connection till the date and also they are not attend my call.i gave my id proff,photo and agreement copy.
So please tell me what i do.

I am Dheeraj Dubey from Ghaziabad, I have taken Airtel Broadband Connection in Feb 09. I have paid my all bills at Airtel Office. I informed Airtel Customer care that I am going out of station and I requested to deactivate my connection on 23rd April 09 for 2 months. They gave me a reference id. When I returned on 14th June 09. I contacted on customer care and requested to activate my connection. Then they replied that my connection could not be deactivated due to system error and apologised for that. He requested to pay half of amount (Rs. 950). I was in need so I paid when Mr. Amit sent Executive to me. He requested me to mention -"My due payment is now cleared from 16 june 09). I have still the proof . Bill no is - 2112854. Executive's name was Mr. Rahul. Still I could not get facility of Internet after payment, then I again called customer care. They said, "Sorry , Dheeraj due to some poll problem the other person's payment was added in my account and requested to make excess payment, which was added in my account due to mistake. This was the statement of Mr. Amit. Again I contacted customer care then Miss Ria apologized and requested to have patience, she will diagnose the poll issue and my internet will be ok as soon as possible, and the bill will be sent after activation. And the plan was changed, now it was 250 plan. But still I don't have internet Facility from 24 April 09 and they are sending bill continue. They never response my case, when i contact on customer care. I have few reference Id - 21782520, 21475602.

One day I got a call from customer care and he was saying that my iternet was activated for few hours and i have to pay. Now can u please tell me that how do i know that which time you have activated for 1 or 2 hrs. Is it a game of hide and seek that you are playing with me or you want me to sit by connecting your internet to my laptop whole day to check whether you have activated my connection or not. I am now fed-up with your excellent service and fantastic customer support. The first thing is that I'll not pay single amount without any use. If you really want to improve your services and want to know fact then refer this case.

Whatever you have now answer, response as soon as possible or I have another options.

I had an Airtel broad band connection bearing No 40184178, which i had for cancellation, handed over cancellation letter & the instrument to your representative Mr Vikram who had come to collect the payment and also made the final payment to him, subsecequently the connection was disconnected. From the next month onwards i am still receiving the bills for the connection which i am not holding.

Kindly ensure that i do not receive any bills in future.
