You simply cannot resist smiling. I left my company when I felt the moment was right. Things were not happening. It felt sick working there.
Friends yelled at me why the fuck you messing everything. And now I hear this.
Today the company fired 2 guys who have been working like assholes for around 7-8 months. And they were fired in the worst possible manner. Their access to company servers and accounts were blocked in the morning and they were fired in the evening. No clarifications, no warnings, no reasons! It has happened to me before too. As soon as I leave a company frustrated with the situation, things starts to change for bad in the company. And it is happening again.
Since I am no longer associated with the company in question, I have no right to discuss moral values of the people in charge. But it surely makes me feel good about the decision I made that fateful morning I left my 3rd job for good!
Bloody outsourcing companies. Never trust them. Never give a damn. They are just here to exploit you and as soon as you start asking for your rights, you are given the pink slip.
