Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam

Just pray to god that you would never have to interact with anybody associated with this government body.

I wasted 30 minutes of my life dealing with these guys. Dad tells me to not go to their offices any more as it tends to make me very irritated with life in general.

Something is wrong with this company. Why is it named Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited and not Haryana Vidyut Board for starters?

beware! never pay your elecricity bill in cash. And if you pay it in cash, do remember to keep the receipts as well. you might have to produce teo years old receipts. I paid the bill in the kanhai gaon in october 2007 and since then I am finding it difficult to track where my 8500/- have gone as these morons do not have a record of back dated payment. And the shocking reality is that do not have a computerized record of crores of rupees.
