The sales executive promised delivery within a WEEK by 7th July itself! Dell's excuse was delay in shipment of laptop battery. The executive had no clue about when our order would be delivered. The only positive sign was Dell's customer support executive who's following our complaint seriously with production team. Till date Dell hasn't sent in any confirmation of order and money. If Dell is doing this to business order we wonder how home users would be treated.
