Why cannot I know if the order I had placed last week is actually under process or not?
Why cannot I get status updates from your website?
Why would not your sales officer contact me now that I have placed the order, given him my credit card details and sent him signed copies of the documents he required from my side?
Is this how I am going to be treated now that you have my green stuff while I wait for your black stuff?
i'm calling dell tech support from last 3 days., and there responce is nil. I GOT FED UP OF THEIR UN-PROFESSIONALISM, i geeting some problem regarding my adapter, some kind of current leakage is their,but dell tech support is not supportng.
would you pls tell me some kind of other way, to short out my problem.
