Why cannot I know if the order I had placed last week is actually under process or not?
Why cannot I get status updates from your website?
Why would not your sales officer contact me now that I have placed the order, given him my credit card details and sent him signed copies of the documents he required from my side?
Is this how I am going to be treated now that you have my green stuff while I wait for your black stuff?

if you have your order number and customer number (given over email or phone?) you can enter it on dell’s website after 2 days or so i believe. but it usually just shows “in transit” while your stuff (is it the 24 inch LCD?) is already delivered to your place in around a week or 2…

i just have the quotation page where i cannot see any order number or customer number. after i submitted signed copies, i never got any reply back on whether all the paperwork was done from my side or not.

in the forums they’ve posted there is a delay at dell because they are thinking about whether to ship from malaysia or to stock in chennai and ship from there, apparently there are 1400 LCDs in “yet to ship” status… hopefully you should get order confirmation soon, followed by about a week of shipping time if they decide to stock in chennai, or if they decide to ship from malaysia the shipping time is 2 weeks..

i got a reply yesterday. it is in the process. i got the order number tho it does not work on their site.
