Crappy Jobs
I never thought I would take it so personally. When I resigned from my last job, I was not angry. When I did not get a reply back to my resignation letter, I was not angry. But now that I come to know from inside sources that the entire office was told that I was fired, it sickens me. It sickens me to a limit that I want to puke. I want to puke on the company’s name that I worked like an ass for the last 1 year. It disgusts me to the limit; I would not work for any American company for the rest of my life. It really hurts badly.
Wait, why should I care? All the people who mattered knew before the company knew that I was resigning. I don’t have to worry about the firangs whom I never talked to. The people I had problems with know what actually happened and what I think about them! Nothing matters hence! Anyways here is what I wrote to my ex-boss as my resignation letter:
OK sir,
Then I resign.
I think this I can do whenever I want.
I am not exactly happy working in *** in the present circumstances.
And that’s not creating a good atmosphere in production department.
So I think it is better to leave than to work in an unproductive atmosphere.
It’s not much fun working under incompetent people.
Well that’s my opinion and I am entitled to it.
If you think that you have got smart people heading departments than my best wishes to you and your company!
I have had good days here and I thank you for those.
Office politics just is not my cup of tea.
If I am permitted to take this months salary (excluding the remaining days of course), I would send the invoice. Otherwise, you can donate it for some good cause.

Subject: Sush - leave
Sush,
You cannot just take leave when you want. You have to request permission at
least a week in advance. You do
not have permission to take off from work.
Xx
Why I had to apply for instant leave? Because the last few days of the job were the most awful days of my career working in that company with each new day being a new low. So I needed a day off to decide what I had to do in the future. So after sending the weekly newsletter, I decided to ask for a leave (unpaid one of course). And interestingly, I got mail from my immediate superior that the leave was granted. The boss’ mail came after that mail. Excellent display of mismanagement. Pissed me so badly, I decided to resign at that very moment…
Just for the record sake, I think the salary would have gone to charity as I am yet to receive anything for last month I worked in the company! Another reason to be cheerful about.
I am actually being polite here. I am not planning to GoogleBomb my boss (not tough for me considering the contacts I have online at the moment) which I would have done if I was the Sushubh I was few years back! My first boss was unlucky to have the worst version of the guy they call Sushubh.
Addendum: Guys from inside the company now claims I am misinformed about the facts and that official mail said that I resigned and not that I was fired. Well, I don’t actually know whom should I trust. But, since I am not talking any names and I have updated the post to show this clarification. I think the matter is settled.
For the records, the company I resigned from was TravelGolf Media™. Screw you boss!
I used to work for a company called DNB Promotions now called 4most advertising. They ae the lamest company I had ever worked for. Moica and Simon the bosses, were really up themselves. They can’t cope without me!!!!!
