During the office rush hours, the situation remains disastrous. It took me 15 minutes to cross it while going to Delhi and around 10 while coming back. And I am talking about the Smart Tag lane. Incidentally, at both times the Toll Booth people did not let the traffic flow freely as it is required by them if the delay gets over 5 minutes.
Totally unacceptable…
