After getting the achievement in the field of computer Hardware, now we are going to provide all type of the Man Power in Industries, (i.e. Related to placement, management & Human Resources).

INTRODUCTION
Excellent Services & Consultancy here in after mentioned as ESC, shall maintain the Annual Man Power Contract (AMPC) as per the term & conditions.

INSPECTION
Before taking the contract of any type, inspection will be carried out by ESC, (i.e. Organization Structure, Production, Men Power & Supplier). This agreement shall remain in force initially for a period of one year. The party shall renew it for a further period of one year on each occasion subject to the confirmation (The first or any subsequent annual renewal shall not take place if notice in writing of the intention to renew this agreement is given by either by party to other 15 Days in advance).

ESC will provide the service from 10.00am to 6.00pm. Monday through Saturday except on ESC Holidays.

Payment:-
Annual charges for any type of contract will be taken in advance & cash.

The annual contract for the Men Power shall provide: -

Ø ESC will arrange the men power accordingly.
Ø Men Power will be provided after taking the interview at our end & ESC will ensure the performance before sending the candidate in company.
Ø Regular information about the latest C.V. of candidates will be provided as a value added services.
Ø An assurance that ESC is fully equipped & competent to handle any kind of service.
Ø Free Men Power consultation & support in choosing the best Men Power.
Ø Reporting of candidates will be taken twice in a month after joining.
Ø ESC will make the sincere efforts to provide the best & quick service.
Ø Discount up to 50% on the renewal of contract
Ø Free replacement of candidate if not suitable.

All the above-mentioned services are bound by the following terms & conditions, change in which may be incorporated with each other’s consent, as and when deemed fit by client & ESC.

Term & Conditions

The AMPC (Annual Men Power contract) is subject to the following terms & conditions.
ü If candidate makes any fault in the company. Company will take any action directly. But informed also to ESC immediately.
ü No prior intimation of holidays will be given to the client and ESC will not work on such days.
ü ESC will entertain & register only the complaints received directly by the complaint attendant at the above-mentioned phone no. and for which a complain no has been issued any complaint logged to any of the member directly will not be regarded as a registered complaint & ESC will not be liable to attend it.
ü This contract makes ESC liable to the service when asked by the client.
ü Without any major/minor fault, or informed to ESC, company will not dismiss any employees.
ü Any further clarification/complaints regarding the service may be referred to the zonal officers.
