I am owing Tata photon plus (9266160686)facing some serious service related issues with the Tata Teleservices and there is no one to listen to the complaint.Recently my Tata photon plus stopped working got dead i lodged a complaint and it was told that issue will be resolved on 4th September 2010 and emailed me also regarding the same.but nothing happened.then they said time-line given was 6th September.On 6th An engineer came to me but he wasn't told that my device is dead and so he was not carrying the device and went back. then i called again at customer care and now they told time-line given was 7th.

Every time i call they increase the maximum timeline and say sorry.

even nodal officer of delhi never picks up the call....
