I have to admit here that I am impressed with Dell’s Service Support. The dude arrived at the promised time. Replaced the DVD Drive in 5 minutes. Tested it as per my requirement and went back making no fuss. Pretty cool… I am relieved.

My experience was similiar. After 6months of use one of my speakers started malfunctioning i.e. it got disconnected and reconnected automatically sometimes. After complaining to Dell servic support the same was rectified.
A few months went by and my lappy started functioning pretty bad i.e. after pressing the power up button it got started only after waiting for 20 - 30 minutes. After complaining to Dell Cust Care they tried formatting the disk and even after that when the problem was not solved they have chnged the motherboard itself. After that its working fine but could anyone give me an idea about how much their Extension of complete cover costs beofre and after the warranty ends
next time my laptop has an issue will you call for me..... 30 hours on hold, 6 long chat sessions, CHAT DROPPED ME BEFORE QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED 4 OF 6 TIMES AND I HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. 7 days and counting and I still do not have a functioning laptop. Parts sent to vendor 1, dispatch sent to vendor 2 and I was told to call vendor 3 when no one called me to schedule appointment and vendor 3 was clueless. I have Complete Care Warranty with Next Business Day Service (NOT)
the hinge of my inspiron pcmcia card broke off during warranty in 04. had complete care so they came and replaced the whole motherboard. quick, efficient service.

yah.. mine is same. Ordered Studio 14 before 1 month, no delivery, no status..and i found that prizes are being reduced on the updates by 4K.
when i called, they said build is over so cant reorder or u will lose tax and delivery charges..worst services ever...
Still waiting for my Laptop to receive..:(
