I gave complain the same day and inspite of everyday contacting them for several times none turned up or attended the problem whereas i was told while getting the connection that i will get service within 4 hours or next day at the most. Airtel is supposed to be no 1 telephone and broad band provider but this is the sorry state of affair for their customer service. They are very quick while giving you connection or sending the bill for payment but i am sure most horrible amongst all telephone and broadband provider to attend the customer. I wonder why people at all go to such company who does not even bother to attend customer .Don't really know.
