		<description>Dell support is rubbish in India. I placed an order for the Studio 15 and paid for it as they confirmed that they could get the same delivered in 10 days. Then they told me ot wasnt possible i had to purchase a Sony laptop.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;These guys didnt refund the amount i had paid by my credit card for a period of 20 days....... n im still in the process of getting my money back. I must have called them up 80 times and wasted 20 hours and sent them a minimum of 9 emails, but the issue is still pending.   &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think the worst part of the forum is that there 95% negative responses but the article is still praising Dell&#039;s efficiency..... must be a fluke man .... n guys pay attention to the comments, this is the reality. Just be careful before purchasing a Dell.</description>
