Hey Sushubh,
I told u of my experience. Mine was worse.. I had to fight to get my connection shifted.. they would not do it in their own defined SLA period.. I called up .. Tried to vocalize some American accent and told them that I am going to complaint to the chair man’s office.. But still the connection remains poor.. I loose packets too… And btw this screenshot on Wifi ? or a direct connection using USB, LAN cable from Modem ?

this is on the lan today… usually pings are great even on wi-fi…
