Delhi-Gurgaon Toll Booth on Sunday

I passed it three times today. Here is the waiting time at the toll booth at those times…

5:40 PM: 13 minutes (From Gurgaon to Delhi)
8:30 PM: 9 minutes (From Delhi to Gurgaon)
10:00 PM: 11 minutes (From Gurgaon to Delhi)

I took a different route while coming back at 11:00 PM as I was tired of dealing with the toll booth people. I wish people carried change so as to make it faster for us to move in the line. I wish the tool booth people have a proper bucket like thing at the counter similar to the Metro Ticket Counters so that there is little chance of money falling down while exchanging the coins. It happened with me today and was pretty frustrating.
