The frequent change of email domain name is most annoying.
However there is worse to fear about. Earlier one could track
unbilled DSL usage at their website using the user name and password
provided by them at the time of joining up for their broadband(UGH!)
service.

Now that has been discontinued.

Which means that they can arbitrarily show heavy usage during the month
and slap the user with a hefty bill for exceeding download limits.

Please protest to their customer care and also to the Nodal Officer
in your region. Also protest about poor speeds.

What does airtel expect?? First, it was touchtelindia, and now airtelbroadband.in.... both being scrapped.

Hope some one sues them for changing the email address for no reason, only for their personal tie-ups. Horrible. Looks like I have to stop using this broadband at all.
