Hello!
so you think your life sucks! I’ve been going downhill only for 4 years! Find your way forward. Self help for when life sucks. It’s a forum that covers my ‘life sucks’ story. I want to help[ others in the same position! As for your friends, sorry but help will only work when the pain/fear of changing becomes less than the pain/fear of not changing. We’re all different & work at different speeds. Just try not to judge or get frustrated and do you best to be there for them. don’t feel sorry or pity for them, just be a reliable friend. Be careful though, do not let them use ‘emotional blackmail’ on you to bring you down to their level! Be strong yourself as an example for them. Afterall, at the end of the day, ‘it’s all in your head’. no, I don’t have all the answers, I’m still sorting out my own ‘personel hell’…
