Mom and dad keeps on doing stuff to my room which I do not completely approve off. This has led to this stage that I seriously cannot stay in this house any more. I am 26 for god sake. I should have a say in decisions taken to change (or mess) up my room.
If it’s not set up as per my requirement. It is NOT MY ROOM.
If you can’t stand that. I am moving out.
Just need to find a place first. And that is taking way too long for comfort.

Dude just wait! If I’m not wrong they’re here for your brother’s marriage, right? So just wait till it’s over! Try to avoid them, till you can. Just don’t blow up. Things like these can get bad, if you don’t handle them properly. I have experience :).

umm they are here coz this is their home!
dad is retiring in february. so well they would move in here. i was just taking care of the home. now that they are getting it fixed as per their own requirements…
i have to move out. coz i dont like what is going on at this place.

Neither have I ever been very comfortable with parents messing with my room. But probably I would have kept the door of the room locked rather than moving out.

Ahaah.. I moved out to a Noida some 8 years ago. My parents are staying at Andhra Pradesh :p. So quite a far place

dad and mom are in chandigarh right now. i moved to gurgaon in our (their!) house… now they are moving here. so i have to move out. beh.
