Windows Mail vs. Windows Live Mail
Typical Microsoft Attitude.
They replaced the Outlook Express with Windows Mail in Windows Vista.
They already have Microsoft Outlook in Microsoft Office 2007.
And then they launched Windows Live Mail as part of their Live Services.
And they have now disabled Hotmail access from Windows Mail.
So, if you want to access your Hotmail accounts using a software application, you have to use Windows Live Mail application.
I am not sure why they are forcing me to use it when I already have Windows Mail on my Vista machine!
Why Microsoft Why?

When I double click a contact, a window briefly flashes and goes
away...can't even read what it says. When I click on File/Import/Windows
Contacts... I get an "OK" box with a red "X" in it...no message text
indicating what the problem is.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
