Apple iPhone impressions
I got a chance to test out Apple iPhone yesterday. Monty was here and I checked it out. I even used it on my home Wi-Fi and it worked nicely… Could not play much with it coz it was on Airline mode and most of the features were not working. I did not want his mobile bills to skyrocket just because I accidentally turned on some feature that resulted in international roaming charges. 
I think I was pretty impressed. We tried unlocking the device but failed. If we had succeeded, I would have bought it from him at that spot!
Apple has managed to create a pretty impressive device… If version 1 is so cool… I can only imagine what they would have for us in the coming years.
it was 1.1.1… i tried two applications. both of which failed. i was able to install the install app on it. but unlocking itself did not work.
Why unable to unlock. Which version was it.. 1.1.1 is unlockable as of now.
1.1.2 is out.. and gets unlocked officially by Apple in Germany. for a hefty amount
