This is from Aawara Paagal Deewana which is one of my favorite Hindi movies. The beauty of the movie is in the hilarious dialogues, and the slapstick, not the rip-off scenes. One thing about Indian rip offs, I've noticed that they don't even care to modify the scenes one small bit. They put scenes as it is in their movies. For example, note this scene (a copy of The Matrix lobby scene). Even the tearing of a newspaper in the beginning has been ripped off from The Matrix scene.
