Some AVTAR is needed who can set net4india service better. otherwise partners and resellers get so disturbed that they might need to get their ECG and BP tests done for hypertensions gifted by stupid helpdesk brigade of Net4india company.

Worst ever in the support buziness…. just keep on loggin the TT’s never get resolution. Keep them calling up simple they reply.. hold on hold on… pass it on to concerned department. After 4-5 pass when its our turn to say they reply we will escalate the issue. Dont know where….??? So keep on njoying.

we are a recent victim of net4.in& almost have the same history,they duped us for ten thousand for two domain booking and two hosting plans for 500 Mb each but were not able to host on their server, well we plan and are sure to spend another Rs.10,000 or more and claim Rs.50,000 as a compentsation for the harrasement we went through, we are about to complaint this matter to the concerned consumer court and registered a complaint in police station and other higher authorities, our instance is just recent. well, its good to see there are many fools like me who have fallen in the trap of biggest fraudester called NET4. I have created a trouble ticket saying FTP is not working and they are sending me a foolish reply saying “log in to your account and chk FTP” the reply continues to be same after reopening the TT for thrice.

Net 4 india has been hacked on 6th september 2008. i came to know when i tried to visit one of my sites hosted with them and Norton firewall gave me a message. i opened my site code and found that at the bottom of page some malicious code has been added. I immediately notified net 4 india but the reply that i got from them was your site is working perfectly. The idiot has not read properly what i have written about the script. I did a reverse IP. I called their customer care number and told them that not only my site but most sites on their serves have been hacked. each index.html or htm and main.html htm file has been hacked on the server
