My vote goes to Anil Kumble. I am not a very big fan of his but he is the only player in the team who commands as much if not more respect than Sachin Tendulkar.
He is going to retire in a year or two. BCCI would get enough time for Dhoni to get used to the pressures of ODI Captaincy.
Nothing new in this opinion of course.
BTW, TOI says it's AK for Pak Test Series...

But even otherwise, he has MUCH MORE experience in Test Cricket than Dhoni. He would, most probably, know better. My vote goes to him as well
captaincy in cricket is highly overrated. cricket can easily work with a non-playing captain.
But his experience in Captaining a team is inferior to that of Dhoni.
If I am not mistaken, the Ranji Trophy fixture was his first experience in captaining at State levle.
