Dear Friends the Vodaphone India are dishonest. HAPPY TO HELP is nothing but sham! :(
How unfortunate... the height of dishonesty. They told my wife that, since you didn't come to collect your money within 48 hrs, we can not give you undue charged money, though they had not informed us this, when we had asked vodaphone ppl to stop the unsubscribed service. They also keep repeating lies that we had subscribed these services.
This is Pathetic!
If I was in India, I would have definitely taken Vodaphone to court.
Common man doesn't take a strong stand against dishonest people such as Vodaphone, as they know it would not be easy to fight and in the process would loose time and money, due to which dishonest companies and ppl take every body for granted and continue unfair practices.

Vodafone people are cheaters. They make bills hefty and still services are worse as compared to Airtel.

I would like to sue this non-indian company for cheating my countrymen.

Vodafone are realy cheats, they cooks up transaction and makes false stories on there records.

dearsir, i have the following complaints:-
1. i had opted for FV149 plan paid Rs.299 .2 mnths back-still benefits r not in the bill . i have recd 2 bills after that dtd 4-1-08and now 4-2-08.Why so?.i did not take sim card offered alongwith for bad and cisgusting services. i also wrote a letter to yr C.E.O.thereafter i was harrasswd on phone by yr people. -instead of addressing grievances at yr end!!.
2. Now . i have the bill dtd 4-2-08 i visited yr borivali office on 16-1-08 for deletion of Caller tunes/FnFFees.SMSofferetc. BUT YOU HAVE STILL CHARGED ME IN THE BILL!!WHY??I AM DEDUCTING rS. 95/AND WILL PAY ONLY rS.676AND ODD PAISES. YOU ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT SERVICE PROVIDER. NOW YOU WILL START TELEPHONING ME SO I HAVE TO EXPLAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN.. PL DONT RING ME IAM OLD SR. CIRIZEN AND SICK OF VODAFONES. I WILL NOT ATTEND YR PHONESPL. PL GIVE WRITTEN EXPLANATIONIT CANNOT BE ALWAYS ONE WAY TRAFFIC. T/Y

hmm...TOI today says that even some website called AmarChitraKatha was hacked. Maybe this will scare these guys enough to prepare a better and more secure website.
