    Since you have 4gb of ram its wise to switch of Paging and shift your entire paging to Ram , you would certainly notice the speed boost.

    Even though i am on a 2Gb ram machine, i still can run windows Vista Perfectly with paging disabled… so 4gb shouldn’t be a problem :)
