These guys need to be told to not try overtaking a vehicle if they are not going to be able to achieve that in less than a minute time.
I see them do that with cars, trucks and buses. And they struggle to do the overtaking move causing lots of delays to people who are much more capable of overtaking at legal speeds.
Autorickshaws should be banned in India. They pose a good enough danger to pedestrians and other vehicles due to their great driving style.
