When I tried to pay my Water Bills
It stood in the line for around an hours time. I saw in that time that the cashier had hardly managed to settle the bills for around 10 people. I was the 28th person in the line and with just 2 hours remaining I decided to come back home.
We get 2-3 hours of water supplies I believe in Gurgaon. And they give us 3-4 hours per day over a period of 3-4 days to pay the bills.
And they just have one cashier handling the payments of a pretty large region.
And that dude seems to take around 5 minutes to handle one customer.
Why can’t this government department do something to get rid of this time wastage for their customers? They cannot provide us with regular water supplies. How hard is it to make it convenient for the customer to pay their bills?

Do they accept online payment?
again not sure if they are legal here in gurgaon. i am not even sure if we even have ground water any more. we got no rains this monsoon…
so u can have one for a community then.. thats legal I know..
personal tubewells are illegal around here i think.
you pay for water?
We don’t… We have our own well, and thats full all through the year. So when we want water, we just switch the water on and theres 24hrs water facility
